7 Chakras and How to Unblock and Balance each.

Yes men I’m talking about your chakras.

Stop looking down and stop trying to find your chakras.

I’m going to tell you:

What are Chakras?

What are the 7 Principle Chakras?

How to tell if your chakras is blocked or unbalanced?

Does chakras really affect your health?

How to unblock a chakra?

What are Chakras?

The word chakras means wheel. Chakras refers to a spinning “wheel” or energy force inside of the body which controls the nervous system and major organs.

When all of your chakras are open or balanced the body is thought to be performing at it’s best. When someone experiences physical pain or emotional  pain, that person is thought to have a blocked or unbalanced chakra.

We are thought to have 7 main chakra that goes along our spine.

What are the 7 Chakra?

We are going to explain these chakras from top to bottom.

Crown Chakra: As the name hints the Crown Chakra is located on the top of the head. The crown Chakra deals with your idea of self. It also provides you with your life purpose.

3rd eye Chakra: You may have heard of the “3rd eye” it is located between your two eyes. This chakra provides a “gut feeling”. We also use our 3rd eye for imagination.

Throat Chakra: It helps with communication.

Heart Chakra: Located in the center of the chest. The Heart Chakra controls love and compassion.

Solar Plexus Chakra: Located near the stomach area. This chakra gives us our confidence and self-esteem.

Sacral Chakra: located just below the belly button. It controls your creativity and sexual energy. Emotions are also controlled by this chakra.

Root Chakra: Base of the spine. The foundation for life. Gives you a sense of security and stability. Keep us grounded.

How to tell if your chakra is blocked or unbalanced?

Chakra issues can be high or low. This means a chakra can have too much energy flowing through it or not enough energy. An example would be if the Crown Chakra did not have enough energy flowing through it.  This may lead to a lack purpose. If too much energy is flowing through your Crown Chakra, you may experience lack of empathy and superiority over others.

Can blocked or unbalanced chakra really affect your health?

To be honest, no one knows. People who believe in charkas believe the energy that flows through us can be altered. Once that energy is altered it can affect or physical body.

I believe that charkas do play a role in our body. I do not have any scientific evidence. I just know I can feel energy from certain things and certain people. When I am around those things it feel as though my energy or balance is off. I also know when I’m doing certain things (nature walk, relaxing, or mediating), I can feel a boost in my energy.

I personally believe that charkas play a role in our bodies.

How to unblock Charkas?

If you do believe in charkas I am going to tell you how to block or rebalance them.

In order to rebalance or unblock a chakra you just realign your physical body.

The realignment of your charkas can be done through yoga, meditation, and certain exercise.

In order to find a blocked charka, you must let energy flow from your head to your toes. You want to do this in a relaxed position.

Focus on breathing and move the energy from your head to your toes. Focus on the areas that the energy seem to skip. Once you have identified the “skip” areas, you can focus on pushing the energy through those areas. This will force the charkas open.

When doing yoga to open your charkas focus on yoga positions that are specific for the blocked charka.
