This Weight Loss Shake can result in a 5-7lb loss in weight to jump start your weight loss journey? Try this smoothie cleanse.

You can lose up to 7lbs of weight doing this. It is simple:

Recipe

You will need a ninja or bullet blender. You know, the ones that have the 32oz cups that sit on top and you push it down to blend the contents inside of it.

Fill this halfway with spinach or a green leafy vegetable mix like kale/spinach/arugula.

Add one banana

Add one scoop of protein powder (whey, pea, hemp, etc.)

Add one cup of frozen berries or a fruit of your choice (blueberries, strawberries, mango, etc.)

Fill this the cup up 2/3rds of the way with the 30-calorie unsweetened almond milk that is available in all grocery stores.

Blend and enjoy.

These are approximately 300 calories, taste surprisingly okay, and will keep you full for 3-4 hours.
