Testosterone Therapy: The Phases of Improvement

Great you’ve decided to improve your overall health by optimizing your Testosterone levels. Many of you have questions on what I should expect when I start, and how long until I see results.

Testosterone Optimization improvement occurs in different phases, and can be different for every guy.  Let’s discuss what research says:

PHASE 1: Improvement in Energy, Libido and Quality and Quantity of Erections, Focus, and Overall Quality of Life occurs in 3-4 weeks. So, in about 1 month you should notice that zest for life. Many people around you will notice this change.

PHASE 2: Improvements in depressive moods usually takes a little longer about 3-6 weeks. Many guys will say they just feel better overall.

PHASE 3: Changes in fat mass, lean body mass, and muscle strength occur within 12–16 weeks, stabilize at 6–12 months. This is the body composition change that comes from testosterone. Many guys noticed slimming of midsection and more definition.

These 3 Phases can occur quicker or slower for some guys, depending on overall health and overall care while on Testosterone.

I usually let guys no of these phases at the beginning of their therapy, so they can be aware of “usual” time frames.
