Man of Health Journey: Staying fit during the holidays (Chapter 3)

Hello everyone the holidays are slowly approaching. I truly love this time because I consider it healing for my spiritual health. I get a chance to be around my family which always lifts my spirit.

I achieved quite a few goals last month. I was able to keep my goal of making my family laugh once per day. I did have a slip up with communication with my wife, which was my fault. We are currently selling our home and I truly lacked communication. We discussed it and I think it was a growing moment for us.

I am truly glad that we were able to work this out. I believe that everything happens for a reason and that a miscommunication can turn into an opportunity to grow

I achieved my goals of writing 15 blogs. I have started a few more blog series on Man of Health , so take the time and check it out.  I also started my push pull and leg routine which was designed to get be done in the gym.

I’m taking all precautions when visiting the gym and also I have a gym near my home which does not have many visitors early in the morning.

Ok that’s the recap now let’s discuss my goals and my Man of Health Journey for November.

Goals:

I have a goal to continue my current push pull legs routine.  I want to gain 3-5 lbs of muscle doing this month. Leave a comment if you would like this routine.

My next goal is to build up my Pinterest social media. So be sure to follow us on Pinterest for daily post. I want to have over 30 articles written for Pinterest.

I also have a goal to create a Man of Health Journey Journal which will give tips on how to become the best version of yourself: physically, mentally, sexually, and spiritually.

As always I plan to have my house sold by the end of this month. I plan to have a new part time job lined up in December.

As always I plan to be the best husband and dad as possible.

Inspiration:

When it comes to inspiration. I have been truly inspired not only by my work but my wife has come up with something that will help all women. She is working on that while being pregnant that’s inspiring.

I have continued to listen to Dr. Eric Thomas everyday as I head to work. You guys should check him out on YouTube. He is one of the best online inspirational speakers out. I have also added Dr. Napoleon Hill to my daily listens.

Husband Dad Corner:

When it comes to being a husband I strive to keep growing. We are currently awaiting the arrival of our 3rd child. We will have our first girl. I have been trying to help my wife towards her amazing goals which I know she will achieve.

As a dad I been trying to keep my oldest son focus on his virtual learning, while also trying to get him involved in sports. My youngest son is one so I been just trying to keep up.with him. I can’t wait to enjoy the holidays with all of them.

What have I been reading?

This month I’m not going to do much reading. I have plans on doing a lot of YouTube and blog learning. I want to focus on marketing Man of Health and learning as much as possible before the release date in 2021.
